Beautiful old building, brilliant personnel, warm rooms. Hearty, savoury breakfast. Location: the hotel was very close to centre of Thirsk and the Herriot museum.

Prime location and service-minded staff at least. Freshly renovated room with the things I needed. Healthy breakfast, TERRIFIC service. Beautiful garden and very clean pool.

So very polite personnel, amazing food and drinks. The hotel has absolutely fabulous location just next door to the market square, the centre. Modest king room was trendy. Yoghourt, pastries, fresh bread, coffee and cakes was a bonus...

Hotel was fairly clean and staff was pleasant enough. The place was few meters away from Thirsk city centre. Special service during our stay too. Plus their wifi was free.

I stayed here 1 night and I really enjoyed it. The people working here were outstanding. Good beds, an iron/ironing board, a TV and a radio were a nice touch. The place was just close to the heart of Thirsk.

very very helpful staff, peaceful location, comfy beds. the room was fine and cosy and the bathroom was neat. the breakfast was very tasty, the choice of eggs and bacon.
